Returns and refunds shipping

Shipping

We ship worldwide. All orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop in Italy.

Shipping is included in the price for orders over 100 euros.

Delivery times

• Italy: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 4–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow the delivery.

Returns

1. Enter your order number and email
2. Receive and print the label
3. Schedule the pickup
4. Returns have a cost of 3 euros

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, exclusively for orders placed in Italy.

Return conditions

• The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging
• All included accessories and documentation must be present
• Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days. You may choose between:

• Refund to card/account — credited back to the original payment method
• Store credit — credit usable on libutti.it with no expiration date
